Team Management

How to Invite a Technician:

  1. 1. Click "Invite Members" button in the Management tab
  2. 2. Enter their email address and select a role (Technician, Supervisor, or Manager)
  3. 3. Add an optional welcome message
  4. 4. Click "Send Invitation" - they'll receive an email with a secure join link
Pending invites appear in your dashboard stats and expire after 24 hours for security.

What's the difference between Free and Premium plans?

Free Plan: Full job verification capabilities, view pending approvals, basic team management.

Premium Plan: Adds verification history, advanced team analytics, performance trends, custom reports, and priority support.

Can technicians see the same dashboard?

No, technicians see their personal dashboard at app.html where they log jobs and request verifications. Only owners and managers have access to the Organization Dashboard.

How do technicians request verification?

Technicians click "Request Verification" in their personal dashboard, select a date range (e.g., "Last 7 Days" or "This Pay Period"), and choose either:

  • Send to Organization: Submit directly to your org dashboard
  • Invite by Email: Send to a manager who doesn't have an org account yet
What happens when I verify a job?

Once verified:

  • Job status changes to "Verified" with your signature and timestamp
  • Job becomes locked and cannot be edited by the technician
  • Verification details appear in team analytics and reports
  • Technician receives confirmation in their dashboard
Can I undo a verification?

Yes, but only before the job is finalized in your payroll cycle. Contact support@jessrecruiting.com if you need to reverse a verification after the pay period closes.
