What is live in ShopOS today?
The strongest surfaces today are diagnosis-first intake, estimates, work orders, manager triage, verification, analytics, and manual sharing of approval or payment links. AI voice and photo intake assistance are live inside ShopOS Diagnostics, but automated email, SMS, and broader delivery automation are still being finished.
What's included in Total Voice?
Total Voice is the optional technician add-on for hands-free voice job entry right in the app. Connect Tokens for external AI workflows are included free with every account.
